Real Estate Logo
Something to beware of with real estate logos is using a roof shape all on its own. It would be fine if you had the only roof logo in the world, but most real estate, mortgage and construction companies use some form of roofline in their logos. It is therefore critical that real estate logos should either steer clear of rooflines or should be looking to combine the roofline with another design element to differentiate it from other roofline real estate logos. In this logo the client wanted a simple, elegant design that included a roofline. The solution was a soft swoosh over the roofline, a soft gradient fill and a flowing font. Note the treatment of the tagline. The straight lines were needed here to balance out the straight lines in the roof structure.
