READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A BUSINESS LOGO!
By André le Roux

You paid for it, but...
That business logo design you order does not necessarily belong to you. Some logo design companies resell the same logo to different companies!
Yes, really!
Although I think it is dishonest, I suppose there is a market for these template logos out there. So it's not that bad - provided that the logo design company is upfront about it.
WARNING SIGNS:
- Very low prices. Professional business logo designs take time, so they cost money. Our designers at Biz-Logo.com will sometimes spend days on ONE logo. Personally I would be suspicious of any company selling business logos for under $100.
- Watch out for the words "template" and "pre-designed". Pre-designed logos are unique logos sold only once, but some design companies call their template logos "pre-designed logos".

How much exactly?
Is the price that you see on the site the full price? It usually is, but I know of a couple of business logo design companies that show only the upfront fee on the site. You pay again at the end of the design process. Giving the customer the option to pay in installments is one thing. Showing only the upfront fee and burying the rest in fine print is dishonest.
On the Biz-Logo.com site I now ask clients to pay to full fee upfront. Maybe not the best way, but it does remove any uncertainty about what the logos cost.

If you don't like it, that's your problem...
Most reputable business logo design companies give you unlimited revisions - in other words they'll keep redesigning your logo until you are happy with it - without charging per revision.
When I first started offering unlimited revisions on Biz-Logo.com, I was worried that I'd get customers who keep changing their minds, but most logos are done within 4 or 5 drafts. The most we've ever had to do was 11 drafts.
Then there are companies who charge per revision. That's stupid - in my humble opinion. It means that, the longer the design companies can stretch it out, the more they get paid. It's an incentive to send the client bad logo designs and gradually improve the design over a couple of revisions.
And then you find the odd moron who will send you only one design.
If you don't like it, you have to buy another one!

If you don't like it, that's OUR problem...
